Quick update:
Day one: Quads
Day two: Chest
Day Three Back
Day four: Shoulders
Day five Biceps & Triceps
The first 3 days of my workouts were unbelieveable! Had great lifts and felt really powerful. I know on day one working my quads my strength was there til the last movement, kinda started fading after hams. where as I got back to the locker room and almost lost all my guts LOL! I remember siting on the floor beside the toilet waiting for my shit to flow :lol: but I finally shook back.
Day two I hit chest and triceps. This week I used the bar and smith machine along with Hammer decline press. Finished off using DB flys. I main goal was trying to hit the chest at all angles. I know today is Saturday and I still feel sore! Still have to work on bringing my upper pec's up and inner part.
Day 3 was Back and this was an awesome back workout! Starting with Deadlifts, then Bar Rows, long bar pulldowns, DB rows and finishing with Back Extensions. My most heaviest sets were with Deadlifts and Bar rows. Left the gym feeling I had ten gorillas riding my back!
Day 4 was Shoulders. I quickly notice i was burnt out hitting my first 3 days in a row. I should have taken today off rested an cameback Saturday. I felt slugish an drained even with gaspari pump 250. I done 4 sets of behind the neck on the smith machine and 3 side laterals, 4 sets of rear raises, and then start feeling like bad leftover squash.
Day five will resume Super Bowl Sunday. F%*# the SUPER BOWL dont care who wins! ALL BOUT DEM COWBOYS!
