THURS: BACK

FRI: DELTS AND HAMSTRINGS

SAT: BICEPS AND TRICEPS

SUN: REST

MEAL PLANNER

M#1: 1 scoop of NO 100% whey & 3/4 oatmeal and 1 cup coffee

M#2: 2 3oz Tilapia fillet, 2/3 brown rice, 1 cup green beans

M#3: Lee LaBrada's Protein Shake 40g Protein

M#4: 2 cups Liquid egg whites, 2/3 cup brown rice

M#5: 2 3oz Tilipia fillets, 1 cup Broccoli

M#6: MyoFusion 2 scoops before bed.

note: Water or Crystal light with each meal.
