Got off work at 6 today and went straight to the gym.

Lower Back
Seated close grip pulley rows 5 x 12-8
T-Bar rows 4 x 12-8
One hand DB rows 3 x 8-6
cardio afterwards.

Sucks I have to go back to work tonight. Lower back is howling!!
